OTK (Over The Knee) served Over The Knee Discipline to all the warm brothers downtown. slung, hung and young. 13th & A, every SONday. My cumrade in sticker crime GIO aka BLACK PETER organized a party I was proud to bartend. We served DJS like Bruce La Bruce, Special Kaiser, and Tha Pumpsta, attracting all the hottest Runaway Go-Go Boys and our friends.
